I think it gets really cold when the AC kicks on so I often turn it up so it will shut off. Why do guys get so mad about this? It may sound crazy but I dont put it down past 79 bc it gets too cold in the house when its on :o)

My husband gets so mad at me when I turn ours up! Like you I get cold. Which I never did like my house to be so cold that I have to wear a sweater or hoodie. In the winter he likes it really hot, and by then I'm use to the house been cold.

Dude's like it cold. We don't like being hot at all. It's the most uncomfortable feeling. If one is cold, you can always put clothes on to warm up. When you're hot...you're hot.

maybe you could get a window unit or something small and then you guys could have seperate spaces; one hot for you and some cold for him

So you have different metabolism or you are not wearing enough clothes. Easier to change the latter.

Maybe he wants the house to be warm so you'll take off your clothing?
