My cherry tomato plant is only about 9 inches high, and already has three blossoms on it. My roma tomato plant is about 14 inches high and also has three blossoms on it.

Is it too soon for them to blossom? Should I pinch off the blossoms until the plants have gotten larger?

I want to give each one of my guest a flower/plant that will continue to grow year round. It is supposed to be a symbol of our marriage and I will be attaching a little poem to each flower/plant asking each guest to care for and nurture the plant to help it grow as they have all helped us in our relationship. I really want our wedding favor to be something meaningful. Any suggestions.

I am buying a new build property. When I bought the house they told me that they were no longer building a garage as per the plans, but instead they would simply be laying the foundations for the garage. Then when I want to build a garage, I don't have to worry about doing the foundations.

Anyway, we didn't think thay had done this so when I checked they said that they have built a "Pile Ring Beam" 1 to 2 feet under the surface of the ground.

Does anyone know what this is ?
Is this the same as the foundations ?
Are they pulling a fly one on me here ?

Please help !!! Thanks.

I got a ficas plant for my birthday (a month ago), and in the last week, it's started loosing a lot of leaves.

Is it getting too much/not enough sun? too much water/not enough water?

right now it's indoors where it doesn't get a lot of direct sun light, and I've been waiting until the dirt in it's pot is dry on top before I water it again.

any tips or advice would be great.

I thought about a plant for his really sunny front porch, but don't want to pressure him with keeping it alive. is there a good hearty plant out there? or maybe scrap that and get him a nice nitelight for the bathroom? (that's my standby housewarming trinket). Any other ideas would be appreciated -- budget is no more than $25. Thanks!
