What are some good ways to wash dishes faster? It takes me forever to wash dishes. How are some ways to get it done quicker? I use a hand held scrub thing that holds the soap. I can't afford a dishwasher right now.

I have replaced the pipe screwie things under my kitchen sink because the plastic ring things were cracked so there wasn't a good seal. I have tightened these suckers down over and over and it lasts for about a week, but then the leaks start again. what am I missing? (other than knowing what these things are actually called) I'm tired of mopping up water!
I'm a single mom so really don't want to hire someone. it looks so simple...

I have six children and am trying to support them since the child support is not always stable.I am willing to help out in any way that i can. Also I would not mind finding a place in North Royalton, Ohio. Also if anyone travels and is rarely home and needs someone to stay at their home and care for it I can stay there with my children and take care of everything. Thankyou.

Need to varnish our new 2 by 4 porch railing soon to enhance its durability to the weather, children and pets. Painting or priming is not an option, too high maintenance. Need the ink gone to varnish it, with 4 children ...no time to sand it all off.

Our compressor went on our heat pump, it was replaced. Three weeks later when we needed the central air it did not work. I called the same company that did the first replacement. It is also the same company that has serviced our heat pump since 2002. The compressor went again and this time when it was replaced they found it not working because there was a restriction in the system. Should this have been found after the first compressor was replaced? Do we have any recourse on who pays for the refrigerant(because we had 14lbs put in the first time and it was found to be contaminated now, therefore they had to drain and put 20lbs of refrigerant in the system) and labor? Are we being ripped off?

Some of my daughter's tight fitting T-shirts still have an underarm odor even after washing. I've tried the sprays and various laundry detergents, but some of them just still smell. And, yes, she wears an antiperspirant/deodorant. Any ideas?

I'm moving into an apartment with two other people, and will be living in a room that has a great deal less space than where I currently am so I need to find a fairly good quality corner desk that won't take up the whole room. I've looked around some websites (target, walmart, etc.) but those are either too large or too small. Any help is greatly appreciated.
