Apply vinegar & water, let stand 3-5 min., blot with white towel or paper towel till gone...repeat if neccessary.

one crazy thing that really does work on almost all new stains ((even some old ones, not too old though)) is mens shaving cream!
you spray a little on the stain, use a dry washcloth to dab the shaving cream in and then let it sit a little while ((about 5-10 min depending on how old or bad the stain is)) and then wet the same washcloth and dab! up the shaving cream, some rubbing is okay if neccesary, later, just vaccum and the carpet should blend back together

If you cant get them out with commercial stain removers, like oxy-clean or resolve. And if a rental steam cleaner (They don't really use steam, so why call em' that?) doesn't quite get em out....

Call Stanley Steamer. These guys are great! I have two kids and an inside dog. They are quick, polite and VERY Professional!. When they left, the carpet looked brand NEW! (I have an off white... who puts off white in an apartment meant for people with kids and animals????)

PS. after you put the goop on ur feet, put on socks. Problem solved.

Get some Nature's Miracle pet stain remover...it works wonders on stains in your carpet, and it doesn't leave residue...just put it on the stain and let it soak in, then blot out the excess.
