Cork, 2-in-1 or something else? What are the advantages/disadvantages of each? Also, are these types of floors okay for installation in a kitchen?

All installation is at or above grade. 30 year-old home with concrete slab.

I have wooden frame sashes with a broken glass in one of them. Can easily remove sash and take to a store-shop. Any in San Antonio area (I live Southeast side) where they will cut and install the glass in the shop-store- without needing a new mortgage on the house or a big lien on the place?? Thanks

I recently just painted my room...only one wall though. That one wall has like a checkerboard pattern, kind of like tic-tac-toe and it actually looks cool. Each square switches off from dark to baby blue. So, once again, that's only one wall and although it looks good, I don't want to feel trapped by checkerboard by painting all the walls the same. What should I do to the other 3?

the refrigerant charge seems ok (hi-side 200psi & lo-side 65psi). Furnace & Condensing unit less than 2yrs old. Again, all ductwork sweats so badly it drips on the basemnet floor.
all duct runs are 4" and each are separate runs from the furnace. Shouldn't these be fed from a main duct drunk and shouldn't the individual runs to the discharge vents be 6"?

I have a 18ft x4ft above ground pool and the water is green. I have kept tablets in the pool and also I have kept the ph right in it. I added some chemical for metal and nothing seems to be working to get rid of the green. I am at wits ends with trying to get it back clear. When I filled it up it was clear and stayed that way until the water got warm and rain water got in the pool. I don't know what else to do . Please help me get rid of the green and back to sparkling clear water.

My apartment neighbors are FILTHY! They are dirty that they are being evicted. Trouble is, I share a kitchen wall with them and I have started seeing many roaches in my kitchen. They seem to come from under the stove (big hole in the wall where the pipe is going) and from the dishwasher. My manager sprayed my place and the McDirties, but I am still seeing them and she will not give me a new dishwasher. I'm worried that even when the neighbors move, the roaches will be so established in my home that it won't matter. My apartment is old and I have a three year old so I am really careful with poisons, what can I do about this? Please, no answers about just being clean, I already am and have never had roaches anyplace I have lived before.

I'm trying to weld some small items (Stainless Steel), They are all made out of stainless steel. before I throw them away I want to see if it's possible that I can weld it my self, I don't think it's that hard. So, if anyone can help me decide what machine I can buy, and tell me things like Voltage, amps, and what else I need to do it myself.
Thank You...
