I am currently in the process of remodelling my kitchen. I just bought a sink base cabinet with the following dimensions: Width:36", Depth:24", Height:34 1/2".

I am planning to buy a stainless self-rimming sink which is 33" x 22" (double bowl). I'm concerned that the 3 inch-difference between my base cabinet and the sink itself would not be enough to support the weight of the entire sink.

Should I forget about the 33" x 22" sink and buy a smaller size (25" x 22") instead?!? I'm so confused. I really need your help!!! Thanks in advance!!! =)

I'd like it to be unique and beautiful, graceful, maybe a bit delicate but not a weeping willow. Something with a branching shape, not too vertical. I'd like it to let dappled light through, and be no more than 25 feet when mature. It can be deciduous. I live in Southern California in an old 1920's mediteranean but not spanish-style house. The garden faces south/east with not much shade. It is ecletic, with white wisteria behind a black magic colocasia, some david austin 'heritage' roses, white heliotrope, pink jasmine, purplish red abutilon, canterbury bells, oreganum 'kent beauty', coreopsis 'limerock passion'. Things like that. I love japanese maples and I plan to use them soon, but this tree needs to be more of a focal point, close to the entryway, and it will be there to greet whoever comes to the door. Is there a maple tree that will be right? Or something entirely different? I just planted a halesia snowdrop tree farther down the garden.

It ranges from more than 15 minutes to couple of hours.

I have replaced practically every component that I could, such as the flourescents, ballast and the starters. However, nothing works.

It is a double fluorescent lamp. I have ensured that the ballast is able to support the two flourescent tubes. The specs for it is the same as the previoius one that I have be replaced.

The lamp has been working fine for many years. However, about 4 months ago, the problem started.

Any answer to my question will be very much appreciated.

Hey I have been thinking of building my own house well hiring a crew to build it I mean. I had a couple of questions I rent right now so I am not sure on the whole home owner stuff. Can I take out a loan if I have good enough credit to build one? would $100,000 be enough to build a decent house? If I do all the painting and wallpaper hanging and stuff like that will that save me money. I drew up my own plans can I take those to a contractor or do they need to draw up their own? thanks alot.

Friends gave me conflicting responses to this question. One said the fridge would/could break when the temperature goes below freezing. Another said it would probably be all right since there's some insulation in the garage.
