There is a person down the road that has a small front "yard"..there is no grass, only concrete..and they painted it green..

Now, if they painted a border of flower garden around the perimeter and maybe a feature plot in the middle, it could almost be considered ARTISTIC, or even TRENDY.

LMAO . And if they didn't have that, it may be weeds. Give em a break. Some people just do not want to take care of a lawn for several reasons. Concrete though...yeah that is redneck alright.

ouch,that's gross. I knew a guy who dug up his front lawn (in a city) and planted potatoes. It wasn't crazy, but really odd.
