It depends on when you bathe. If you shower or bathe right before bed, you can go a couple of months without washing the sheets. You should throw your pillow case in with something else that you're washing every week because you drool on that. If you bathe or shower in the morning, you should wash your sheets according to how dirty your lifestyle leaves you at night. Basically, wash them when they don't feel or smell clean any longer.

I try to get to it once a week, but it ends up being about once every two weeks.
I have Fibromyalgia and it hurts to pull those sheets off and on.

i think now days it is once a week because so many people work and they do laundry once a week,my husband likes his changed every day but does not get that except when he works out of state and stays in motels then he comes home spoiled..
