whats the best contraception after birth? that will be safe with other medications other than condoms

I just go tmy period and i was wondering how long it is supposed to last.
Also This is weird but how many tampons do you usually use a day.

At work a lot of the females talk about how they've taken prenatal vitamins for growing their hair out and as well as just because their good for you...I've bought some curious in all....i havent really been taking them for to long...less then a week....but i guess its got me wondering what if anything would it do to my body beings they are infact prenatal vitamins...i've noticed that i've got a slight discharge in one of my nipples and hasnt started since i've been taking these vitamins..i dont know if its related to this or something else..but it did get me wondering....thanks

ok. this is kind of weird telling people about this but oh well. here it goes :
ok. I have a problem. The last time I had my period was April 9th 07. The day after Easter. I haven't had it since, and no, I haven't had sex or anything. I`m just 14. That's wrong. anyways. Is it normal or is something wrong?

this is really weird and i can't believe i'm doing this but everytime i try to use a tampon i can't get it to work. i'm 14 and i'v been having my period for 2 years i really want to start using tampons but i can't get them in. i can only get them in a little ways. are they suppose to go all the way up till the only part you can see is the string? i try to get it farther up but it kinda hurts and it just won't go all the way in i don't know what to do. any ideas on how i can get my tampons to go?

so i have been wanting to get on birth control but the only problem is that i am ina new town, i don't have any medical yet or a job does anyone know if there is a place that i can go to get on birth control, i heard of planned parenthood but the closes one is two towns away and that is a two hour drive..

I'm going to the doctor in a few days, and i'll get a blood test taken then but I'm worried and scared and I want to know now.


The only symptom of diabetes I have is being thirsty, but really I live in CO (very dry), and I always have a dry throat but when I go to drink water, I don't really need it. The thing is I have been living here for 10 years, and just in the last year I have developed a dry throat. And I'm not on any medication or anything.


Otherwise, i don't pee excessivley, don't have a huge appetite, didn't lose weight for no reason, don't have blurred vision, or any of that.

For those of you who have diabetes: how many symptoms did you have before you found out you infact had the disease?

Lately, about every other time I urinate, it's very yellow with hints of red and smells strong. Is there something wrong with me? Is this because I haven't started my mestruation yet, and I'm about to? Please help, I'm getting worried.

I've been taking linessa for about four months now and I was just wondering if anyone has had any side effects. My problem is that my symptoms are coinciding with taking linessa and also changing my work/sleeping/eating habits so I'm not sure if it is the pill or a combo of it with daily life. So far I have increased appetite, very spotty periods, a slight increase in acne on my cheekbones and a bloated, fat feeling. Oddly enough people tell me that I'm too skinny but I feel like I'm getting fatter every day! Has anyone had similar results from taking this pill or should I be worried that I'm pregnant or having a bad reaction to the pill?

My breast is red and very warm to the touch. I had my biopsy four days ago and I would have thought that the swelling would have subsided by now. I don't see any indication that there is ANY less swelling at all. I just don't know when to call the doctor. I don't want to overreact.

What are the signs of a bladder and Kidney infection.

This sounds gross I apologize.
But
I've urinating like a race horse for the last 14 hours, and it's cloudy.

This is a mature subject so it needs to be treated with a serious clinical nature. I'm a late bloomer intimacy-wise and am getting back in the dating scene after 6 years of nothing. My partner hates condoms but I'm still fertile. I have no idea about over the counter contraceptives. Are there any that aren't 'messy'?
