You are gonna feel really awkward while all these changes are going on. Like people are looking at you or think that you're weird. Dint worry. No-one can tell whats going on under your clothes unless you tell them. Now, you're gonna have to keep yourself extra clean, like have a shower morning and night if you dint already. Also, make sure you always have plenty of tampons or pads wherever you are. You'll survive!! You're not the first person to go through it and certainly not the last. It doesn't last forever ok.

ladies have some rather unique differences happening throughout the time of puberty that require education from an older woman who has been in the direction of the approach and is in a position to help the female get by way of it with as little confusion as a threat. The differences men experience are greater glaring and outwardly actual which does no longer want plenty explaining from a father or older brother. despite if, puberty is a time the place men additionally experience some actual differences that is embarrassing to talk to all and sundry approximately. with a bit of luck mum and dad tried to warn their sons with regard to the arriving differences so whilst they happen they are in a position to comprehend what to anticipate and take care of it of their very own way. i do no longer comprehend many men who might pass without delay to their mum and dad after their first erection or moist dream. ladies have been given the fast end of the stick in such countless procedures that i for my area sense undesirable for them whilst it consists of the strain their bodies bear. Sorry men yet I ought to declare we've been given off ordinary in assessment to the girls folk.

Hmmm... you are making your life difficult. i throughly understand the feelings you have. but just remember puberty is only a transition period. i comes in our lives and changes it. it makes us more attractive to the opposite sex and makes us more acceptable as normal person.

Just relax and endure it. assure your friend that after the short period of puberty what comes is the most butiful moment. wow you are suddently an attractive girl and slowly you will become adult. ok. meet your school counsellor or talk to your mom, get help from older people how to cope with this situation.

just relax and remember puberty will make you more beautiful!!! want more help pls mail me atiq underscore masw at yahoo dot com. take care

My mom and I talked a lot so it helped me to go thru puberty really easy and not to be afraid of it. I would also recommend that she talk to her mom about this issue and if she can't I would recommend another female family member or trusted female adult friend. In the mean time here's a site that may be of interest to you: http://www.girlshealth.gov/
