Now would be good. Think of how horrible it would be if you started a couple days or so early and you weren't prepared! Besides it gives you an excuse to go shopping. Maybe you can talk your mom into getting you something else too.

Stock up! Its always good to have some on hand at the house instead of getting it, finding a temporary fix, and going out and getting pads/tampons.
