If you are a bit overweight, then weight loss. I find the first thing that goes when I drop a couple of pounds is bra size.

Be happy with what you have first off. Many people want to have surgery for bigger boods. But anyway, wear a great supportive bra & get regular exercise with a eating plan high in fresh veggies! This at least will help with back support & keeping the boobs & your body in shape. Ida

Like Miki said swimmmers and gymnasts have small boobs, but thats because as we excersize mroe and more, our shoulders are bigger, and it make boobs look smaller( im a swimmer)

if i were u, i would definately try working out and eating healthy. Otherwise, I would forget it, you will grow used to them, and shouldnt mind them

No, there really is nothing you can do. I am 15, 5'1 and a 34 C cup. Im constantly trying to make them smaller but it doesnt work. loosing weight also doesnt help. I'm only about 112lbs, but still got big freakin boobs. your stuck with what you got. sorry honey. =)

If you are overweight working out may bring your cup size down a few.

If not the only way is surgery.

Perhaps if you exercise your upper body and diet. Gymniasts and swimmers all have smaller breasts. They are globally fat storage places. Check with a trainer at your local gym.
