Drink more water. If you were experiencing pain, I would say it is a kidney stone. But you may be right.

I'm not a Doctor, but I know vitamins like C & B can turn your urine a very dark yellow and cause it to smell very strong. As far as the hint of red, possibly just started cycle?

If you're experiencing blood in your urine without pain, it could be bad. But if you're close to your period, then maybe it came a little early. You might want to see a doctor just in case. It could be something wrong with your kidneys.

first off go to your kitchen and get something to drink....it sounds like your really deydrated. now as for the little bit of blood, you should call up your doctor and ask them what it could be. if your doctor thinks it could be something dangerous to your health then make an appt.
the faster you do this the better
good luck!
