Nordstroms, Sears, JCPenney or some other department store.

I've heard a lot of bad experiences with women getting measured at Victoria Secret... VS would say that they are a much larger size than they actually were (they went to Nordstroms who got the correct size and a very comfortable bra). They said I was a 40DDD when I was actually a 38C.

Or you could measure yourself. Measure around the chest right below your breasts. If it is an odd number add 5, if it is an even number add 4. For ex. measurement of 34 means the band size you need is a 38, measurement of 29 means you are a 34 band size. THEN measure around your breasts across the nipple at the widest part. Take that measurement and subtract the measurement around your chest and if it is a 1" difference, you are an A, 2" you are a B, 3" you are a C, etc.

Definitely a department store, Victoria Secret...the people will be happy to help you. I first got mine measured at Victoria Secret, they always come and ask you if they can help you. Just say that you aren't sure what bra size you are, and they'll ask if you've been measured. Hope this helps!
