Mine sticks straight out at like a 45 degree from my body. It is average length but thicker than average. There's barely any curve to it though, is that weird?

Today I had an appointment with the gynecologist, and they didn't do a pelvic exam. Is this normal? It was my first visit to such a doctor, I am 18 years old and a virgin. They said a pap smear wasn't necessary because that was only if you were 21 years old or sexually active...which I am neither. I'm not planning on becoming sexually active, my period is normal, and I don't need birth control, is this why they didn't do a pelvic exam? They only did a breast exam, and showed me how to do them, and pressed down on my abdomen. Also they did all of the "normal" things, like blood pressure, etc

I was just wondering if this was normal, and when will I need a pelvic exam?

I am takeing Metformin. I read the info. on this drug when the doctor gave me the prescription. It says that it can be used as a weight loss supplement. One of the side affects on this drug is dirrea. Is thats why they say it's a weight loss supplement because it gives you dirrea and keeps you running to the bathroom?

I was curious to see if anyone had an intestinal yeast overgrowth or infection? If so, how did you treat it, I know about probiotics and antifungals, but do they REALLY work? and how long did it take to get rid of?

I'm constantly tired, and always feeling sick to my stomach, and like the life is drained out of me. With muscle pains, constant headaches, always feeling nauseous, dizzy and sensitive to light. Don't do drugs, don't take medicines, just been like this for a while. If left alone I can sleep for days at a time. Then sometimes can't sleep at all, even if I'm exosted. How can I stop this, I hate being sick like this. I only eat maybe a meal or two a day and sometimes it all comes up. Everyone says it's stress but is it really just stress????

my period hasn't arrived for about 4 months, I think. I don't remember if I had my period in December 2006. I did not have sex. So there's no way I could be pregnant. I thought it would come the latest after about 2 months, and after 2 months from the start of this year, it still haven't came. Now its April. What should I do? I plan to go to a doctor and get checked, then ask them what I should do next.

Ok, i don't have any cramps really but i get this stuff in an unwanted place and im 13 but i have no pubic hair!! and my friends are 12 and they have there periods!! i got this funny feeling though its around in that area its sorta itchy at times. i know its gross. i dont want to be the last in my class! can someone tell me what the feeling is like when your about to get it or the signs of puberty.

Im paralyzed from about the waist down and have some incontence problems so I wear disposable underwear. I occasionally get some really bad UTI's especially in warm weather.

Can Monistat or Summer's Eve feminine wipes help preventing UTI's or woudl they make them worse? Is one better than the other?

I am having a cervical cyst removed (the surgery papers say a legion on my vaginal wall), a D&C and a laparoscopy all done on the 18th of this month (in 2 weeks.) I am not so much scared of the surgery, moreless anxious, because I really want to know why I am bleeding all the time and have chronic pelvic pain, but am nervous about how much I am going to bleed, for how long and the pain factor. I am used to having my period every 2 weeks so the bleeding isn't so much an issue, but the pain of the lapsroscopy, D&C and removal of the cyst itself. I've researched all 3 on the web and know I will bleed for probably a couple weeks and have pain for a while (along with no sex because of the healing process), but I am looking for personal experiences. I know every woman is different, but has anyone ever had any of these procedures performed? I would assume no tampon use for quite a while, especially with the removal of the cyst. Can anyone share their experience?

1- which tampon brand do you recomend? my mom uses playtex gentle glide and loves them, but this other person i know says those slip out so she loves to use tampax pearl. Help!

Today I found my whole underwear stained in this brownish redish color. I told my mom about it and she said that I might be starting my period soon.... Is that true? Or was that my first period already? Because I only noticed it when I got back home from school and right now I dont see anymore marks.......
if it was my first period already then how long do I have to wait for my other periods?

Am I pregnant?

I'm on birth control..YAZ..but I don't take it the same time every day and I sometimes miss a pill...my husband and I had sex on the 23 of March (he used the withdrawal method) and one week later I had a slight amount of bright red blood on the toilet paper (implantation bleed?) I haven't had anymore bleeding and I have had some nausea and no appetite and my breasts feel bigger...my period is due April 6 and they run like clockwork...today I noticed some cramping like I was gonna start my period but it didn't come except for alot of discharge and just feeling wet "down there" and one time when I wiped I noticed a very light pinkish discharge on the t.p..I've also had on and off nausea all day long too....these symptoms are very unusual for me before I start my period...should I take a hpt or just wait til tomorrow to see if AF shows up??
