My 23 year old unmarried sister has been having her menses continuously for the past 15 days. She had undertaken a two day bus journey just before her periods started. She has also been under stress in her office. Please advise. Is it ok

I am leaving to see my boyfriend in NY this Thursday that I only get to see every couple of months and I am supposed to get my period any day now. It was supposed to start on the 25-26th but hasnt come yet. I only get to see him for 7 days and I am worried most of the time I will be on my damn period which sucks!!!! I have yasmin pills that I havent started yet. Could I start them now to delay my period from coming or at least shorten it or should I wait until it comes and do a day "1" start and hope it shortens it A LOT! PLEASE HELP!

Ok! So, I got some birth control pills, and my doctor specifically told me when to start taking them. He said to take them the Sunday after my period, which was yesterday. Unfortunately, I forgot! I dont want to have to wait a whole month almost, just to start taking them so i was wondering if I can start tomorrow???!!! Please help!!

im 13 and i got my 1st period a year and a month ago and since than i only had it 3 times (the last one was 5 months ago). im going to go to the doctor to see wats up but im scared. i still have a pediation (little kid doctor) and it is a guy i dont want to talk about that stuff with him ewwwwwww my mom and sis have a different doctor and its a woman but i dont no wat doc i will have cause i heard their doctor isnt taking new people for a while. so will probably have him

wat is she/he going to do?
will i have to take my clothes off?

My wife had her gall bladder removed and has trouble loosing weight. I was told that now her body doesn't process fats the way it used to and that certain diet changes need to be made and specific supplements need to be taken but no real tangible details after that.

I did not have a period for 6 months, then got my period, and now I've been bleeding for 4 months. I know I should go to a doctor but Im afraid they will want to put me on birth control to regulate my periods and I know that the pill causes blood clots.

I had a c-section 2 years ago and for a week and a half now i have had burning on my ceserian line and on my left side where my ovary is. My ovary is also just aching on its own i havnt ever felt this before its keeping me up at night. What in the world could this be from? Could this be a infection or what? Has anybody had this feeling after having a c-section a long time ago? I went to the er and they said that they couldnt find anything wrong.......i need help!

I am already 16 years old and am pretty much flat chested. I got my period 11 months ago. I am a healthy weight (I am not too skinny but no where near fat).

My Mum wears a C cup and is on the light side of her healthy weight range. My Mum is 5ft2 and I have grown in the last year and am now 5ft3. I have had a little bit of acne occasionally but very little (luckily!). Why am I so flat chested? I realise that I am a bit of a late developer considering my Mum had her period when she was like 13, and wore a C cup when she was 15 years old I think (old photos of her) and had already grown to 5ft2 tall where she still stands today.

It's not fair! I am too old to be wearing kids tops and most womens tops just accentuate the lack of nothing on my chest!!! What do I do and what could be causing this problem? Will I ever grow? My Dad's sisters have medium to large breasts.

I'm 18 and i have a septate hymen, but recently it broke when i was taking a tampon out ( talk about painful =/) but it only broke at one end so now it just hangs there and it freaks me out!
I've heard about people snipping their own so i wasn't sure if i should try to snip it on my own or go to a doctor.

the problem is that i'm too embarrassed to ask my regular doctor and there's no way i want to go to a gynecologist yet( they scare me).

What should i do?

My friend had sex the other day and while she was having it the condom fell off half way through, they dont know if anything got on her or not (probably..) but the next day she started her period. But then only like a day later it stopped..is this normal?

ok i had asked a question before but now i have some more information that might help some. ok i have very abnormal periods. i got my period at 16 and since then (about 7 years) have only gotten it 6 times. the most recent was in the middle of january but before that it was almost 2 1/2 years. have had no change to my diet or anything else, everything is still the same. and no im not or ever was preganat.
i have seen a doctor and had blood work done and an ultrasound. tested thyroid, hormones, insulin and gluccose levels, cell count, everything. that all came back normal. still waiting for doc to call about ultrasound. if that comes back normal im guessing more test will be done. pretty much my question is, has anyone else been tested for this and had things come back normal and if so what test did you have done next and do you now get your period? im getting very frustrated with this and also (strangely enough) starting to worry because of the fact that the test have come back normal.

i knowit's near orsupposed to be my period...i can feel it anyway i have always suffered with a lotof pain butrecently......last three including this one (this one is worst) are so horribly painful. i used to tell my mom when i was younger...she thinks i complain......she says i should be a woman and deal with it.......but that was 9 yrs ago i am now 20 and sometimes wonder that death is better than goingthrough this monthly.....i have moved on to the super strength motrin the 3 limit dose does nothing!!!!!!i have probably downed7 today and it barely worked......i cant afford the prescription painkiller and my mom wont buy it for me.........pls somebody help me out of this hell of pain!!!!

How can i lose wieght in my thighd and but fast!?
I cant seem to lose inchs on my thighs i feel like they are huge! and my hips .I did suats that just tones them and makes them bigger because of muscle.....I cant run because my knees hurt please hellllllllllp

How come some people get really bad cramps? Like they throw up and stuff? Is there a reason for that? Also, If my side hurts alot when im on my period, what can i do to make it less hurt besides taking pills etc.?
