Ok! So, I got some birth control pills, and my doctor specifically told me when to start taking them. He said to take them the Sunday after my period, which was yesterday. Unfortunately, I forgot! I dont want to have to wait a whole month almost, just to start taking them so i was wondering if I can start tomorrow???!!! Please help!!

yes.. take it as soon as you remember... you can only take 2 pills a day to catch up, meaning one in the morning, then one at night. Not AT THE SAME TIME...
so if your 2 days behind, take one tonight, and one in the morning, then one tomorrow night again.
you should be okay !
Besides in the packet it gives you options of other days to start.. like wednesday etc.

Yes you can start now, dont double up on the pills, it wont make any difference as you wont be protected against pregnancy til after your next period. You must take them at the same time each day (I set an alarm on my cell fone to remind me)
If its the mini pill, and you are more than 3 hours late, you will not be protected untill after your next period, but on the normal pill you can be 12 hours late, but not more than once in a row.

Yes, flush the one down the toilet you were supposed to take yesterday. Its perfectly safe as long as you start now. The reason they want you to take them the sunday after your period is so you know you arent pregnant, one day wont make a diffrence.

Yes you can still take them. Instaed of starting on sunday you will just start on a different day. I always started mine on mondays when I was on them. It is really all up to you. Just dont forget when you started. If you have any problems starting on a different day talk to the doc that gave them to you. I am sure he/she will answer all your question you may have. Good Luck!

yes you can start tommorow just remember to take them everyday and then stick to the plan from here on out. dont double up the extra horomones arent that good for you.

just take it now, no big deal, they only tell you to take them after your period so there can be some regulation to your period. if you were to start taking them now it won't be a big deal, but don't wait any longer to do so, if you do wait longer, wait until your after your next period.

yes, just remember when you started taking them, mark it on the calendar or something.
