My 23 year old unmarried sister has been having her menses continuously for the past 15 days. She had undertaken a two day bus journey just before her periods started. She has also been under stress in her office. Please advise. Is it ok

Well ,it is not normal for her period to last for 15 days...the bus trip had nothing to do with it....stress can do all kinds of things to us but I don't think a long period is one of them....If this is something new for her she should make an appt. to see her Dr...a long and heavy period can cause her to be anemic and feel tired.....It is nice of you to be concerned about her....

Have her get checked.
