I am 5'10 1/2
and i weight about 145lbs.
i think im fat,
but my family says i might be anerxoic because i think im fat and they constantly call me skinny.
my friends say im skinny or on the skinny side of normal.
im very weight consicous and i would like to know peoples opnions. thank you!

i'm 18, and i got my pedriod on january 28th, i had sex yesterday and like three hours after i got my period again,and today is only feb 10, what can be wrong? pregnant? illness? what?

I am just wondering if there are drinks like alcohol or tea kinds that would cause the periods to come early or on time. It can be anything that u exprienced or u use to control ur periods besides birth control since i am not sexually active. Answers are appreciated.

My mom wants to put me on birth control for my skin and period cramps. She tells me that she did this when she was my age because she had the exact same "problems". The thing is, I honestly don't think my skin is THAT bad. Okay, sure, I get zits just like every normal 14 year old, but it's nothing horrible. Okay, yeah, my cramps hurt like hell when it comes to that time of the month, but after taking 2 ibuprofen, they go away within 5 minutes.
But, my mom sounds like she knows what she's talking about so maybe this might work...what do you think (be brutally honest here)? Thanks!

For the last month I have been getting really dizzy, I have felt like Im cold but ill be sweating, I have been really moody, I am unable to sleep I wake up off and on through out the night and I always feel exhausted. I dont know if all the symptoms are related I cant find any illnesses that list all of these together.

I have been starting to feel terribly and uncontrollably tired and dizzy a couple days before and the first few day at the start of my period. I also get hot and cold flashes and feel extremely sick to my stomach. I am debating on going to see a doctor about this as it affects how I function during the day and is starting to affect my work. I know it is only a week of hell every month, but it is becoming hard to deal with. Does anyone else suffer from this? What do you do to help cope with it? Your help and insight would be much appreciated :o)

the first time i tried tampons, i got it in perfectly the first time. i just took it extremely slow, since i was only 14. anyway, i had a dance class that night and so i tried to take it out after it had been about 1 hour. it hurt so bad to take out? my mom told me that that was b/c it didn't have time to absorb, but i still think if it wouldve been in about 4 or 5 hours it wouldve hurt. should i take the risk this summer when i want to go swimming? im just so afraid of the pain that comes with it :( thanks for your help
