Need a little more info. You LOST it? Periods only stop
because of pregnancy, medications, surgical removal
of the womb, disease. It just dosen't get lost like a set of car keys.

If you're not getting your period there is always a reason. One reason could be stress. If you're under a lot of stress that may cause it to be late. Another reason is you might be too thin. Girls who are too thin will sometimes stop getting a period. If this is the case you need to start eating better. You might be pregnant or you could have some sort of a health problem. If you are not under a lot of stress, you're a healthy weight, and you're not pregnant you should see a doctor to find out why you are not getting a period.

Not sure what you want to know. Did you lose it because of being too thin or because of menopause? If its from being too thin---gain weight. If its from menopause you can try USP grade progesterone cream. Progesterone cream can help with symptom of menopause or PMS

What caused you to lose it? (Assuming you're not pregnant)
Are you very underweight?
Exercising a lot?
On Birth Control?

These can all lead to ammenorhea (loss of menses/periods). If that is not the case, then you should see a gynecologist.

You can't lose your period. It can stop, but that's all. There won't be any long term side effects.

Why do you want it back? Isn't it nice that it's gone? Think of how much easier your life is now.
