I am just wondering if there are drinks like alcohol or tea kinds that would cause the periods to come early or on time. It can be anything that u exprienced or u use to control ur periods besides birth control since i am not sexually active. Answers are appreciated.

My periods used to be all over the place - too long apart and heavy when they did start and then last too long.
I started exercising more - just walking. 1 - 3 miles a day for 5 days a week and they became regular and are no longer heavy.
I also stopped drinking beverages with caffeine and began drinking only water.
Around the same time I became a vegan and meat does have hormones in it that might mess you up, but I think it was exercising and drinking water that got me on the right track.
Hope this helps. It sure is a pain not being able to plan around a menstrual cycle.

No. Green tea will NOT change your periods.
The only way to change your periods in the birth control pill.
There is nothing else you can take that will change the timing of it.

No, Sweetheart. There is no magic drink. Old Ma Nature is going to come when she is good and ready...The only perks tea or alcohol would have, is to relax you a bit.

You can still use birth control whether you're sexually active or not. My gynecologist said her daughters all use it to manage their periods and none of them are sexually active (I'm friends with them). Just try it. Try Yasmin. It doesn't make you gain weight.
