Dizziness usually pertains to a deficiency in vitamin B2 (Riboflavin). The recommended daily intake is 1,2 - 1,7mg for adults. Sweating and moodiness relate to a deficiency in Vitamin B12 and insomnia relates to a deficiency in Calcium and Potassium. Recommended daily intake for B12 is 2 mcg and Calcium is 1200mg. Try eating more liver, beef, pork, eggs, milk, cheese, fish - B12 and for Calcium - milk and milk products, green leafy vegies, shellfish and molasses. RDI for potassium is 1600 - 200 mg for adults. Potassium rich foods are - bananas, watercress, all leafy green vegies, citrus fruits and sunflower seeds.

You do not say how old you are. SOme of the symptoms are of menopause. But if you are 13 that is not a correct diagnosis.

See a doctor for a full check up.

Well, that's hard to say... if you were in your 40-50's it could be starting menopause, 12-16 and it could be starting puberty... in between all of that... could be an std, a severe infection gone unnoticed, chronic fatigue syndrome... you need a doctor!
