My bird recently hatched some eggs and I am giving my sons teacher one of the babies. She has already told me she wants one. She told me she just got diagnosed with breast cancer so I am going to buy her a pink cage to symbolize breast cancer survivor but am looking for a unique name to give the bird as well. It does not matter if it is a boy or girl as I have both.I am considering:
Juno- Goddess of women & fertility, queen of the Gods.
Panacea- Goddess of cures.
Paeon- Physician of the gods.
Iaso- Goddess of recovery.
Apollo- God of prophecy, music & healing.
Cratus- God of strength.
Elpis- Female personifaction of hope.
Hera- Queen of Gods, Goddess of heavens, women and marriage.
Hygeia- Goddess of good health.

Do any of these strike you as a good name or do you have any suggestions that will inspire hope and goodwill? I am looking for somthing not as generic as Hope or Faith. They are pretty names BUT I want somthing far more thoughtful. Thanks in Advance!

Can you have sex during the 7-day placebo week of a birth control packet or do you need a back method of birth control during this time, since you are only taking sugar pills and your period doesn't usually last 7 days.

Her periods usually come on different days. She missed a couple of pills and didnt take her sugar pills. She occasionally has missed her pills before but this is the first time she has not taken the sugar pills. Why did she miss her period?

i have just recently getting a sore throat and i have looked at my tongue and i have little spots on the back of my tongue about 10 in a v shape going down the back of my tongue - do you no what this is ???? my throat is very sore aswell when i cough etc.

I shave everything. I would really prefer to wax but am never willing to grow my hair out long enough for the wax. I've seen a lot of answers in regards to hair removal cream. Has anyone used one that really worked? If so, is it safe to use on the ENTIRE bikini area? I shave everything.

I am wondering this because I have heard that long term use of the pill can sometimes alter the chemicals in your body and cause infertility or sterility. I know that when your on the pill, the hormones in the pill keep you from ovulating so you dont get pregnant. One of my nursing instructors was saying that long term use could cause this to happen indefinitely. I am worried because I have been on the pill for 6 years and I am getting married soon and would like to have children in a few years. Has anyone ever heard of this happening to someone they know that used the pill for a long time? Should I stop taking the pill and use something else?

I notice I have a sharp twitch at my right ovary every month at the time of ovulation. The cramp lasts for about a minute, but sometimes it lasts longer and I get bloating.

I also have quite bad period pains, which seem to get worse as the years go by, even though the flow is just average.

Now I get a slight 'feeling'at the ovary location more often during the month and I'm starting to think more about it............ should I be concerened?

My wife (42) has been having multiple, inconsistent short periods the last year or so. She has always been on a 28 day cycle, with the exception of having our two children (5 and 3 1/2). Lately, she has had months with 2 or 3 periods lasting 5-7 days. She did go to the OBGYN, but we haven't heard the results. Anybody have any information on this ? It's lightened a lot, not enough that I could wear a panty liner, but I'm still cramping a bit with headaches and typical pms cravings. Is this normal period behavior after a miscarriage?
BTW: My HCG levels finally lowered completely to non-pregnant levels Feb.2 and I started my period Feb.4.
