where did you get your first period? what did u do? not to be nosey or any thing but i got mine at school i had to go around asking my friends for a pad! it was so embrassing

the doctor and had a blood test(to check cholosoterol) and had a EKG and everything came out good. The doc said my blood test showed that I was in very good health and I even went off birth control thinking that maybe it was why I was having chest pains. I have gaines 25 pounds over the last year but I am not overweight or anything and I canot figure out why I am having these pains. They are not terible pains and dont wake me up or anything but it just feels like a big bruise ight abover my breast. Should I have my breast checked too? The doc said it could easily be stress. What else can I do? Should I just try to do some type of yoga or what?

I have to take a week off from running. I just finished my Cross-Country season, and next week will be starting my winter track season. Will this 1 week off from running cause me to lose my cardiovascular fitness, my strength, or my speed? I'm really scared that I'm going to feel COMPLETELY out of shape next week, after everything I've worked for for the past months! If the answer to my question is yes: how long will it take to gain it back?

I have been advised by my GP to change contraception, because I've been on Depo for 18 years and I am at serious risk from Osteoparosis, and have to go to hospital for a bone scan. However, I have not had periods for all this time, and I don't want them back. Are there any ladies out there, that are on some thing else, and don't see periods. Please help, Thanks.

For the past 7 or 8 months my hair has been falling out and its getting worse. I've tried changing my shampoo, conditioner, wearing it up and down, wide tooth comb etc and nothing has helped. I will comb my hair before i take a shower and get a ton of strands then more falls out in the shower and when i comb it after i get about a handful, then all through out the day i am pulling strands off my shirt. I think i need to go to the doctor but i have a huge fear of doctors so i really dont want to go. If i do go what will they do???

ok..i had my ears pireced for the second time on july 30th and i have kept them in untill today. so its like 4 months. i couldnt take them out so i went to the school nurse and she took them out but they started bleeding. WILL MY HOLES CLOSE UP??? THERE IS LIKE DRY BLOOD IN MY EARS IN THE FRONT AND BACK.

Iv been getting a weird brown discharge. I know its not normal. Im due on my periods but every now and then, just after iv had my last period, iv been getting a brown discharge. It varies in the way that i get it heavier than sometimes. Im very regular and never been late (except for my last period) and i do start worrying if im late. I normally can tell when im going to start but i havent been feeling any cramps which i normally get. I do have a boyfriend but we are not very sexually active. The last time iv had sex was last year so im not pregnant! So whats this discharge im having? Im very confused and worried and would like it if someone could help me.

i am 22 weeks pregnant, and lately for the past 3, 4 weeks i havent felt right. Ive been so tired with no appetite @ all. Even though I'm 44, I haven't had a lot of sexual partners (I was married for 25 years) and I've been with my present b/f for about a year.
