Most women get their first period before they turn 17, and get their last one at some point between the ages of 40 and 60. If you are 17 or above and haven't started yet, it doesn't mean anything is wrong with you, but you should be checked out by a gynecologist.
"Normal" periods last between 3-10 days, and come every 21-35 days.

You could get your period at almost any age between 9-16 years. I got mine when I was eleven, but where as my mother got hers when she was 16. It just depends on the person and you can never really tell at what exact age you will get it. Do look out for soreness in your breasts and a gooey discharge from your vagina, those may be some signs that your period is on its way. Good luck.

well, it's okay you're just starting later than others. How old r u antywayz. it can last to 3 or 4 days. And once you might skip a month, if u just started, but as long as u don't do no physical activity with a gender. but u can receive cramps qand there wil be days u bleed even heavier than most days. u suppose to get it at yur tennage years.12 and up. if u don't get one when u reach an older age u might want 2 talk 2 a doctor.

Its lasts for about a week.
Usually women get their period between the ages of 10 and 17.
Don't worry. Just be prepared when you start feeling crampy and maybe a little sick.
