So tired. ............

I always feel so tired and i get enough sleep. I am not anemic, and feel in good health, apart from the tiredness. I do the usual daily thing, get up, take my son to school, go to work, come home do the house work, etc etc. My day does vary so it is not all a set routine.

I just cant seem to shake this forever tiredness feeling. My diet is ok, i get enough exercise, although i do feel slightly fed -up but that is due to feeling so tired. I am beginning to think it could be depression, but would it make me feel so tired? All i want to do is sleep. Ive suffered depression before but it wasnt this extreme.

Could i be lacking certain vitamins/minerals?

Anyone else ever felt like this, and how did you shake it off?

Any advice would be appreciated.

35 year old female.

My last period began on Oct 7th. I had unprotected sex with my BF on Oct 12th (the day my period ended) then again on Oct 17th. Is it possible that I could have gotten pregnant? Today is Nov 2nd and I have been experiencing some LIGHT nausea at various times throughout the day today and my breast have been extremely SORE for a few days now.

A little history: I am 34 years old and never been on birth control and never have been pregnant. Just recently have been trying to conceive. My periods have been like clock work for over a year now with 27-29 day cycles. However for the past 3 months my periods have been messed up. I have been late. VERY LATE for the past 3 months, on 38-42 day cycles. I noticed about a week after my period, about the time I had sex on the 17th, that I had ALOT of cervical mucus and as the week progressed, it got thicker. So is it possible that I was ovualting that soon AFTER my period and became pregnant on the 17th? Any thoughts on this is greatly appreciated

I had a cycle on September 18 and have not had one all of October. It took several pregnancy tests and they all came up negative. What else could it be?

My friend has super smelly feet. It's kind of gross to say the least. I was just wondering if you could suggest a way to break it to her gently. And, does anyone know of a smelly feet remedy that I could tell her? Thanks! Have a fabulous day!

Why are women told to wear abdominal belt after delivery/c-section? How does it benefit them? Can it be used otherwise also? Does it really help in preventing the sagging of stomach or reduce one's belly?

I am 26 years old and always had difficult pms. In fact, I have been researching PMDD, and I feel like I fit into that catergory. I have also always had problems with anxiety/panic, but most times I can calm myself down before they get out of control( with help from effexor, too). I have only found information on some anxiety being associated with pms, but I'm still having difficulty getting more information. The amount of panic/anxiety before my period is so out of control that it interferes with everything including work. I am soo scared of people, and my heart races just thinking about leaving the house. I am unable to cope with anxiety/panic during this time!! I want to know if anyone else experiences this and if so, how do you cope? Is there a medical explanantion that a doctor can help without thinking that I am a nut case? I feel like I am losing my mind every month- please help!
