I recently gave birth, and I'm wondering how long I should wait before exercising and losing all the weight I gained from the pregnancy (I had a vaginal birth and gained 50 pounds during pregnancy). Also, what are the best exercises for this...especially to get rid of my new jelly stomach???

Give it about six weeks after delivery before you take on an exercise regime. You may be surprised at how quickly you lose weight, especially if you are breastfeeding.

Core strength exercises, like the pilates recommended above, are a good choice to flatten your stomach. Just plain old situps and crunches will do a lot for you in that area too. Cardio (jogging, aerobics) will help you lose weight overall.
