For many people the birth control pills help so much. There are more women taking birth control to help with their menstrual cycle than trying to avoid pregnancy. I think now for many women the pregnancy prevention is just a extra bonus

Yes, and they will be very predictable.
You want to see the pictures of my "vasectomy baby"?
He's 21 now, but his dad had a vasectomy 9 years before he met me.
Believe it. They grow back sometimes.
He didn't believe he was the dad until that child was born and looked just like him.
Did I say "ex-husband"?

a lot of women report less intense periods after going on the pill (shorter, less cramping, lighter bleeding, etc.) but be prepared for mood swings and weight gain!

Trialtoid has got it right!
Don't start poisoning your body just because you want period relief. The side effects are terrible now, could be deadly, and WILL lead to bigger more dangerous problems in the future.
Natural progesterone cream will relieve your period frustrations. Period pain is due an increase in estrogen. Progesterone is your body's natural "anti-estrogen". All you have to do is balance things out!

you can try a natural progesterone creme to help with the cramps and overall period probelms. My wife uses it and it is great and you don't have to have all the artificial homrones and weight gain.
