I have tried to strech it and it's still strong.
Can we consider it safe enough?

Latex naturally degrades with time... and it tends to form tiny defects which might not make it tear, but are certainly large enough for sperm to pass through. If they are lubricated, the lubricant also has a shelf life. Go pick up some new ones.

It's safer than not using one at all, but latex degrades over time and the condom is more likely to break. Toss the old one out, it's not like they are expensive or hard to get.
