i take birth control and I got my period 2 weeks before it was due. i've never been irregular and i've never missed a day before. i've been on the same pill for over a year. should i see my doctor? has anyone had this happen to them?

I am having really down moods that I just can't shake, unlike bad moods before the sweats and flashes. I have friends that do the hormone replacement therapy, but they have had hysterectamy. I still have everything. I don't want to increase risk of certain cancers but I this mood is not quality lilfe either.

I am really stressed out with school and work and everything else. My boyfriend and I were fighting because of it and I hate fighting with him, no matter what it still hurts me. I am also pmsing and we always have fights around that time of the month, sometimes his fault but mostly mine and I do feel horrible. Does anyone have any tips to feel less stress and to be a better girlfriend, especially when I am pmsing? How many other women fight with their loved ones when they are pmsing? I hate making us fight, even though we have only had 3 very minor fights, fighting with him hurts me no matter what. Please help? Thank you

I'm on ortho tri cyclen 28 pack. It said I should start on a Sunday or during the first 24 hours of my period. I didn't do either of that... so is it not going to work?

About nine months ago, my cycle became what I consider "abnormal". I will bleed for five days, then about a week and a half after the fifth day, I will start to bleed again. Lately, however, my cycle has gotten shorter. For example, my last fifth day was on the 22nd of November. I started my period again today. Any possible explanations as to what this is? How can I treat this?

I'm late on my period this month and I've heard stress can cause a delay. But I'm worried I could be pregnant, and I've gone an entire month without a period before, but I wasn't stressed. So does anybody know if you can miss an entire period due to stress?

I am switching birth control pills to Loestrin Fe and i want to know what day to start it on so i get my period on a monday. It says if you start on a sunday you will get it on the weekend so i was thinking if i start it on friday? Can anyone help please??

Ok, I understand the questions you ask are embarassing, personal and all that. I also realize alot of guys might not no an answer but is it neccisary to put "women only" on your questions. I understand that you will probably get the best answer from a women but what if a guy is a doctor or something. How common is it to take 5 over the counter pregnancy tests and they all turn out negative? I had a really light period last month---Im on the pill and it was brown discharge for only a couple hours.That was my complete period. t's NEVER been that light in 8 years that I have had my period. I took the test before my period, after the light period, and then 19 days after I had sex with my boyfriend. Would I know if Im pregnant by now and took all those tests?? I spaced the tests over about 3 or 4 days too but heard that the otc tests don't work.

I had my wisdom teeth out last month, thats why Im freaking out because they had me on all these meds and put me under for it, and I had sex the weekend before I did that and heard sperm can live in your for 7 days. They had me on 3 antibiotics too, but I still took my birth control like usual

What do I do if this month I skip my period or its really really light? Im so worried Im overeating and really stressed thinking about my peroid

Over the years, my cramps seem to get more painful. Midol doesn't always do the trick. Could my gyno give me a prescription for a muscle relaxer or painkiller, like vicodin or lortabs? Is that uncommon?

I may be asking this prematurely, but as of today my period has arrived ten days early (16 days). Could this be a sign of a serious health problem?

In adolescence it was not unusual for me to have a 17 day cycle, but for six years now <20 is abnormal. I realize that periods can vary but I have not been under undue stress and this is a rather radical change. I also am feeling very weak not having had time to recover from the last one!

I'm in my mid 20s. There's no chance I am pregnant. I had a yearly pelvic and a normal pap smear in August.

Any ideas? I might call my ob/gyn tomorrow. I like to be informed before I show up to doctor appointments and I'm trying not to panick. Thanks in advance!

I know this is gross but I seriously need some answers, and I dont think my Dr. takes me seriously. When I was 3 years old I had a colonoscopy and they foudn that I had Polyps. I dont think they were removed and they said they woudl go away. I am 22 now and I have for years have had problems with stomach pains. I was pregnant 2 years ago and during my pregnancy I barely ever had any stomach pains (if you leave out the kicking and streatching of my abdomen :) I even was super regular and never had any problems going ot the bathroom. Now I have stomach pains almost every time I eat. I think I have a sore of some sort inside my anus, because sometimes there is bleeding or what not with my bowel movement and it almost always hurts. I feel bloated 6 days out of 7 and I cant seem to loose weight or even get the energy to keep going all day long. And this is really bother some....I have been trying tums as well, I get horrible reflux too. I know its gross, but I need help :(

okay I've been having a discharge for 3-4 months and its scray. I went to my doc. and had a PAP smear and my results were fine...no infections, stds or anything like that. So what could be the problem? Is it normal to have a little discharge?
