i have to go swimming tommorow and im on my period. will water go in the tampon while im swimming? im scared. >.< should i just skip pratice for a week ( that's usally how long my period lasts) thanks. no mean or nasty answers please.

I have days where i'm feeling high, on these days i start a diet, take lots of exercise and feel great..then the day after my mood goes from one extreme to another...My diet fails, my energy levels are at an all time low and i feel happier on my own...It's a struggle to fight the blues sometimes and i wondered if i sounded depressed...If so...i refuse to take medication for it...What are other alternatives? I've had my hormone levels checked and they are normal.......I can usually handle this!

Ok. my bf and i had unprotected sex. He pulled out way before he ejaculated. There was none in the vagina. But im worried about the precum. How likely is it to get pregnant. I should expect my period next week. Its been about 3 weeks and i feel normal. I always get worried about the pregnantcy issue. But what are my chances. Please people. i need alot of answers here

Is there any possibility? It was supposed to come October 28th, and the last say I had it, if I remember correctly, was October 8th (like that was the last day I had to wear a pad). I've heard that it's normal when you've just started to skip a few periods. Is this true? Because I'm starting to get worried. I still have some discharge occasionally, if that helps. And I really don't feel comfortable talking to my mom or doctor about this kind of thing (in fact, I can't talk to ANYONE about this...sorry, but I'm really shy). Anyone have any ideas of what this might be?

Hi,i'm 23...5/6 & about 300bs...I'm currently on a diet and exercise plan..and have already lost 30lbs...my question is after i get to my goal weight of 140-150 lbs will my skin be saggy/very loose??? & is their anything i can do to prevent this from happening now....lotions...creams...certain workouts...certain foods???? & is it true that if i lose the weight to fast my skin could sag worse ?

im 23 years old and overweight ....every once in awhile i'll get a sharp shooting pain in my breasts its never both breasts at once ...and its never in just one breast all of the time sometime its the left and sometime its the right...the pain doesnt last more than a few seconds its very short maybe up to 10 seconds at the very very longest...is this a sign of breast cancer? or is it natural? and if its natural why does this happen?

I have had a pretty bad headache for about 3 hours. I took Excedrine migraine at the first sign because I have had 3 migraines in the past 3 weeks, vomiting each time and I didn't want it to turn into that. Now my head is hurting on and off but I am still nauseous and dizzy and I still feel pretty bad. I have to work until late tonight so sadely sleeping it off is out of the question. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to how to feel better and soon. Thank you

My period has been really irregular for the past 6 months. I bleed for 2 weeks and i have a few days with no blood for a few days then back to bleeding. I'm getting very scared cause my grandma just found out she has cervical cancer... I want to see a doctor but 1st. I cant offerd it 2nd cause I'm scared of the results......anyone else have this problem!!!!!

I'm on the pill and me and my bf always use a condom. I havent missed a pill this month or even missed a period or anything. But i was ment to come on about 3 days ago, i got major cramps, sore boobs, was cranky, all of the signs but al that happened was sorta brown discharge/sludge. I bleed a tiny bit like one drop exactly and that is it. Im really worried, any help or advise would be great.

Well...first , my b.f. and i don't use b.c, it's the withdraw method, but on occasion, he will NOT withdraw. Anyway, my last period was the 24th of oct. and on the 13th of Nov. i had a wierd brown spotting that i'd never experienced before, occur for 2 light days. I talked to my sister who suggested pregnancy so i made an appointment with my doctor...i got a preg. blood test on Nov.23. This entire time i've been experiencing backaches, headaches, sore nipples, lack of emotional stability...all similiar signs of impending menstration. Well, this Sunday...Nov 26th, i was awoken by severe cramping in my lower abdomin and severe nausea, i fainted and hit my head on the bed, my bf. then awoke and shook me till i came to, the pain made me think i was having a misscarriage or going to get my period...but still, on Nov 29th, nothing. I went to see my doc and she said the pregnancy test was negative but that my estrogen level was that of a preg woman, now, more tests. Advice?

I started to take birth control, but when I found out if you take birth control for a long time .I heard that when you get older it will be hard to have kids. I stoped taking them. Is it true that if I keep takeing them .It will be harder to have a kid when I want one. I take them to help me with my time of the month , but I want to have kids in a few years.
