I painted mine with clear to have something to pick at and when I caught myself going to put my fingers in my mouth I would think about the things that I do with my hands like wipe and even though I wash my hands every time it was enough to make me not want my hands around my mouth.

I use to bite my nails all the time....but then I kept telling myself that it was a really bad habit and so one day I just stopped. If you put your mind to it....you can do it

I have heard to put nail polish remover on you nails. The taste is nasty and bitter.

Maybe instead , you can chew some sunflower seeds, everytime you want to chew your nails, just chew sunflower seeda , it worked for me. Good luck.

Try wearing false nails and when you see how nice they look maybe that will encourage you to quit. :o)

put rubbing alcohol on your nails onthe tips and u will stop bitting them bc it doesnt taste good trust me i did it and it worked

Paint your nails with any color sharpie marker and then that'll tell you, hey, i can't put these filthy things in my mouth...

keep stuff such as lotion on your hands constantly. keep the polished helps some people, put acrylic on them so you can't break them if you even try biting.
