Hi,i'm 23...5/6 & about 300bs...I'm currently on a diet and exercise plan..and have already lost 30lbs...my question is after i get to my goal weight of 140-150 lbs will my skin be saggy/very loose??? & is their anything i can do to prevent this from happening now....lotions...creams...certain workouts...certain foods???? & is it true that if i lose the weight to fast my skin could sag worse ?

I went from 235 pounds to 150 pounds and my skin did not sag at all. I lost the weight slowly about a pound a week and moisturized my skin daily with Aveeno daily moisturizer with oatmeal in it. I also did a weight lifting 3 times a week and swimming to tone my muscles, so maybe that helped. I think the people whose skin does sag are the ones that do that stomach stapling and lose it super fast. PS, Stay out of the sauna.

No, your skin will not sag at all cause u are still so young.
U do need to workout every other day and not eat at night.
stop all soda pops, drink water, green tea or warm apple cider vinegar water.
Eat less and eat more apples, fruits and exercise after eatin em.
The key to lose weight is to stay on the go and not sit down.
U will be in shape in no time.

there is no cream or lotion that will lessen the amount of skin on your body. that's why it sags, there's just too much of it becuse it used to have to cover a much larger area. The only way is to surgically remove it. Yes, it will be worse if you lose too fast...if you go slowly, its elastic so it will shrink some, but too fast and it just can't go that fast.

if u lose the weight to fast u will get sagging skin u have to take it slow and do lots of exercises cuz the slower u take it the longer it stays off and it gives ur body time to catch up so it will get more taught but if u lose it to fast u will gain it ten fold

definitely your skin will sag(mostly under your arms) (your stomach will be tight thats for sure)...after you loose all the weightt...the only way is surgery just to remove what is called the "extra skin"....good luck!!! and congrats on loosing the 30 pounds...not everyone sticks to the diets.!

coarse not!! if yor exersing and working ou then you will have a tight stomach.
