If anyone gives you any good advise let me know cuz I have the same symptoms... I came home and slept for 3 hours and the headache went away a bit.. Is there anyway you can call in??? Maybe go to the ER???Maybe if you tell them you are going to the ER they will be ok.

Put chapstick with camphor on your forehead and take some Motrin Sinus medicine or Sudafed to get rid of it.
If u are hungry, that will cause a headache, eat something.

Try lying on a solid warm ground with your heels near your buttocks and soles of feet flat on the ground and breathe gently and deeply. Works for me.
