I have days where i'm feeling high, on these days i start a diet, take lots of exercise and feel great..then the day after my mood goes from one extreme to another...My diet fails, my energy levels are at an all time low and i feel happier on my own...It's a struggle to fight the blues sometimes and i wondered if i sounded depressed...If so...i refuse to take medication for it...What are other alternatives? I've had my hormone levels checked and they are normal.......I can usually handle this!

NEVER DIET. It's bad for you. You should get it checked out by a doctor. They will give you the best choice available. Try to live with it. Tell someone. Letting it out always makes you feel better.

Take B 12 or B vitamins for brain and energy .
