No, that is not normalif the discharge was not a result of sexual arousal.... white discharge from the genitals usually occurs if the person has some bacterial or viral infecion. Shortly put, you may have a STD. I strongly recommend that you check with your doctor or go to a health clinic.

You should not have let discharge go for 2 years without getting this checked out. Sometimes if you let a vaginal infection go without getting it treated it can cause pelvic inflammatory disease which can land you in the hospital. Obviously that hasn't happened to you but never let something go unchecked for that long of a time.

it could be a kidney infection. most of the time when someone gets a kidney infection u cant tell u just get a white discharge. u should go see a doctor,it is nothing to serious as long as you get some medical attention.

Depends on if there's a smell or any kind of uncomfort involved. Some women just have a large amount of discharge daily... If its ever yellow then there's definitly something wrong.. or if ever smells bad. You should definitly have it checked out by your gyno just to make sure. (=

Good luck.

If you have no other symptoms (pain, itching, burning)...if it is sticky or thick, like mucous (not like cottage cheese)...then it is probably perfectly normal. Your vagina lubricates itself, and that lubrication or discharge increases when you are sexually aroused, whether you notice it or not. It shows up as white spotting on your panties that stiffens when it dries. If that sounds like what you have, relax - it's just your womanhood expressing itself!

a small amount just before your period is completely normal. Anything Else I'd see a gyno about.

Is it constantly or only certain times of the month? It could mean that you are ovulating if it's happening about two weeks after your period. If this is a cause for concern please consult your physician.

a discharge is quite common
but you need to see your ob/gyn to make sure it is not some sort of infection
