okay, 15 days, eating less than 500 cals a day plus excercise, do you think i will lose the 20 lbs? I repeat..will i lose 20 lbs? or how much do you think i'll lose?

im 5'7'' and 130 lbs.

She is really very pretty & very slim. She's smart, maybe a little bit of a snob (she admits this) & really picky.

She has never even KISSED (aside from a peck) a guy. Is she abnormal? She's also not religious but conservative & a traditionalist politically.

Should she not tell guys this (guys: would you be scared off like there is something wrong w/ her or there must be a reason why she is still a virgin?).

I cannot tollerate the pill any longer. I was wondering if I can use an IUD. I have never had a baby. I get yeast infections from spermacide and I want to avoid all hormonal birth control. I am sick and getting pregnant is out of the question.

Hi i'm 22 an i have been having leg pain every since i could remember. When i would walk or stand for a long period of time my legs would ache like a tooth ache. I can only stand up for 2 hours before my legs would just start to ache. Sometime its both of them sometime its just one. When the weather changes it hurts really bad then. It dosn't happen that offten but every now an then they would hurt while sitting down for a long period of time i'm talkin maybe about 8 hours. I have been to the docotor an had x-ray done they rulled out arthritis. But couldn't find a problem with my legs. I have allways ran track started at age 8 an stop at 15. Around 12 i had gotten shin plints an the pain was too much for me to bear. I'm 5'1 105 i have allways been slim. I hope someone could at least send me a the right direction. This has affected my life big time. Thanks in advance

It seems like everytime I am due for my period, I get nauseous one day and then extremely hungry the next. I mean, I can't get enough to eat! I can eat and eat and never feel full. Does anyone else do this?

i use regular playtex tampons and i'm a younge teen..well my flow isn't that heavy and usually when i take the tampon out its not even used all the way after its been in for about 5 hours but i always leak....why??? they say that tampax pear opens in width so i'm thinking about trying them...should i get regular or super??? or should i just stick with my brand and go to super....idk what to do help

every month when i have my period it used to be painfull but now its changed everymonth i get a headache the day before and the day i start my period, one month i will be in agony and feel sick and have was even sick last month as it has got worse . then the next month ill have a headache but no where near as much pain as the month before. so one month ill be reallly really ill even sick (loads of pain itake loads of asprin and sleep loads) and the next month im fine no pain at all (part from the headache which i get every month ) its been like this for about 5 months (month 1 very bad pain headache no sickness /month 2 fine no pain at all / month 3 bad pain in bed feeling really sick with headache / month 4 no pain just headache / month 5 really ill with headache and was sick / this month fine no pain ...does any 1 know anything bout this have they experienced it or know any one else who experienced it please help i dont understand (part from that my period is 28 day cycle
