unless you've just had an orgasm then its discharge. Cu.m isn't typically "sticky" for females it more of a water.Depending on what time of the month it is you could be ovulating, getting ready to start period, or have yeast infection.

it's discharge. Unless you had an orgasm, it's just natural lubrication that women have all the time. Unless the discharge has a bad odor, or is a color other than clear or white, it's probably fine. if not, it could be the sign of an infection or other health problem.
Yes, our vaginas are not water-sealed, and there are fluids up there that can escape, which is quite normal. However, again, if they have a bad odor, a thick consistency or a strange color - go see your doctor ASAP

If you are itching with the discharge it is probably a yeast infection. If there is no itching then more then likely it is the built up fluid of arousal that is naturally on the move. Amazingly enough people get turned on over things and they don't realize it. The next time you feel the 'flow' think about what is happening around that time that might have turned you on. Example... I get 'hot' while driving or around motorcycles. Get in touch with yourself...

That's just discharge. If that was in your underwear after sex, then it could be wetness associated with being sexually aroused. Regular discharge in your panties can start shortly before puberty begins. Does that help you out?

If not its discharge and if it is sticky clean yourself out with a douche and see a doctor if it persists.
