every month does your egg thats released come from different ovarys ???

one month can it come from the right then the next month can it come from the left does it alternate left to right to left again or does it just come from any ???

I understand that it alternates, but does not have to, so that it can come from the same one two months in a row. And I guess one can come from both - sometimes - because that is how fraternal twins are made - two eggs at the same time.

It varies - sometimes it may alternate between ovaries, sometimes you may have an egg drop from the same ovary two or more months in a row. And some months... you can have more than one egg drop from an ovary - that's how I ended up having fraternal twin daughters. :-)
