Your not going to lose 20 lbs by starving yourself like that.
Before the 20lbs are up your going to start in with cravings again and regain all the weight rapidly.
If you do manage to lose 20lbs, you will probably eat about 4,000 calories a day after you reach your goal.
There is no way to trick your body. The only ways to lose weight are to expend more calories than you take in. But you have to take in a sensible amount of calories. You NEED food.
One way you can eat a lot and gain a little is with salad greens. You can eat an entire bowl (a large bowl) of salad greens like lettuce with only about 100 calories eaten. And this is without dressing. Dressing will add a lot more.
More than likely your at a good enough weight and if you really feel you need to drop that much weight you NEED to do it gradually.
You will not lose pure bodyfat 20 lbs in that time. I REPEAT YOU WONT LOSE THE FAT. You will burn 20 lbs but it WONT be in PURE BODY FAT. Your body is such a good conserver, it burns your extra carbs before it goes to your body fat. So more than likely you won't see any fat dissapear for a week, and by the time school starts you will need to be hospitalized because you are so weak.
Take my word for it. If you want to lose weight, take away 500 calories of food (dont eat 500, take away 500 from your diet) and do 500 calories worth of excersize. You will lose "one pound" every 3 days. Thats less than half the weight you want to lose, but its something and you will get used to it and continue to drop weight.
Don't eat less than 500 calories a day. Your health is not worse a nice body image for a couple of days. Its better to do it somewhat gradually and keep it than screw up your body.

What you will lose is muscle. That is starvation level eating and it's going to do absolutely NOTHING good for you. As your body perceives that it is starving, it will slow your metabolism to conserve energy, it will shut down non-vital metabolic functions in order to divert more energy to the heart and the brain, and it will begin to consume lean muscle tissue. The less lean muscle tissue you have, the slower your metabolism will ultimately be. You may lose the weight in the next 15 days, but you WILL gain it back. And then some. You will be treating your body as though you don't care much for it and it will show. And at 5'7" you are already a normal weight; you'll look approximately like death warmed over if you lose 20 pounds in any fashion, let alone this very unhealthy one.

You should never be consuming less than 1,200 calories a day for any period of time and you need more than that if you are exercising. Treat your body with the respect it deserves and feed it enough to maintain all its functions.

If you don't eat the proper amount of calories your body will think your starving it and it will store anything you eat as fat. Your 5'7 and 130lbs. Your actually 20 to 25lbs lighter than the recommended weight for your height. eat atleast 1000 cals a day, because what your doing now is losing muscle.

Yes you will loose weight but you don't have to. At 5'7" and 130 you're fine. It takes 2000 cal for each pound. At 500 cal per day, you will loose 1 pound in four days. However, with exercise you will loose more. Please note that 500 cal per day is not good for a teenager. And 20 pounds is too much for 15 days. You may gain it all back once you stop your crash diet!!!!

First of all why do you want to loose 20 lbs. When being 130 is normal for 5'7''. What you need to do is go see a dr to help you with your issues.

If you want to lose weight you are doing in the wrong way. You are making yourself sick and hurting your body. Your height and weight seem to be where they should be. If you feel that you are over weight, talk to your doctor and he/she will help you with a diet you can live with. Again, your weight seems to be in line with your height.
