Im a 22 year old married women who has never had an orgasm durning sex. But ive had one in my sleep what should I do different to get one durning sex, insted of faking them all the time?

I am 24 years old and I have never had an orgasm DURING sex. I have no problem reaching orgasm with oral sex, but once actual intercourse starts, I can never have more. I'm getting really frustrated and I need some real advice. Are there any positions I should try? Or is there something I can do to help my frame of mind in reaching an orgasm? (And I'm not interested in toys...I just want this to be me and my man..) The advice that actually works for me gets 10 points!!! (And the pride of knowing that you helped me have my first orgasm during sex!!)

is it normal to feel dirty after sex? like not physically dirty, though. Because with me and my boyfriend after we're done, i feel just...dirty...i enjoy it during it, but i get this weird feeling afterwards.. does anyone feel this way? its not because im too young or something, and its not my boyfriend, its me. will this pass?

I am on a medication (that lowers testosterone) that makes me not interested in sex & makes me really bored if I have any. If I don't take the medication, I get pimples on my face, neck, back & chest (because I have PCOS) & feel self conscious all the time.

What would you rather have? A normal libido or no pimples?

Why can't I have a orgasm when I masturbate. I have never been able to
I have never gotten off with a guy giving me oral.
I can't even have one when I am on bottom during sex.
The only way I can is if I straddle him and lean my hips forward so that my clit is resting on his pelvic area. The back and forth motion that I make while Im riding him drives my clit crazy, other wise there has been no other way.
I have only been with a few people (boyfriends) but im also just a 3 years away from 30 what is wrong with me, I wish I could do it myself SOMETIMES

I am currently taking tri-sprintec (the generic form of ortho tri-cyclen) and I am constantly tired, moody and get headaches daily. I am going to the doc soon and want to change pills. Anyone have suggestions on what I can ask about? I want to continue taking some form of pill, no depo shots or anything like that.
