I am 24 years old and I have never had an orgasm DURING sex. I have no problem reaching orgasm with oral sex, but once actual intercourse starts, I can never have more. I'm getting really frustrated and I need some real advice. Are there any positions I should try? Or is there something I can do to help my frame of mind in reaching an orgasm? (And I'm not interested in toys...I just want this to be me and my man..) The advice that actually works for me gets 10 points!!! (And the pride of knowing that you helped me have my first orgasm during sex!!)

First of u have to be relaxed and comfortable with the guy, second having the clit stimulated during sex is always a great thing, u can reach down and do it yourself (that's the only way my roommate says she can get off) or if yous like me u'll like it better when the guy does it. try to do this in the position u favor the most, if u don't have a favorite position then try it in couple of different positions to see which one offers u the best stimulation. And if that does work think about your guy doing when u get off during oral and if maybe some way you can duplicate those things during intercourse. maybe u could even try thinking about what he did to u during oral and it felt while your having sex to get u into it more. U could try music, maybe watching some porn while having sex. and some people get off while watching themselves in a mirror. Also the pace can be a really big thing, it's probably the biggest thing with me, if the speed just right at just the right moments, it can be wow.
And hey if all else fails u have the comfort of knowing that some women can't achieve the Big O during oral or intercourse, how bad would that suck, to never know the ultimate pleasure of an orgasm.

It's not uncommon for women to not have an orgasm during sex. Most women can't. But you can try different things from Kama Sutra. Try positions that don't just have his penis going into the vagina, but having it rub your clit or jab a vaginal wall instead. Experiment doggy with differnent angles, that will help you find your g spot.

preferably women,yes!! but from a mans point of veiw, you should try this position or maybe you already have, so here we go.. you should lay on your back, him on top (missionary) while intercourse,have him, rub your clit at the same time he can play with your breast,with his mouth of course....so while he's sliding in and out, playing with you clit(his fingers) and sucking(licking) ur breast you should try concetrating on your orgasm,,,,and eventually you should acheive your orgasm..im not talking from experience.... all im saying is that your being aroused in more than 3ways......!!!! all at the same time.... but b4 all this takes place have him give you oral but DONOT reach your orgasm, thats just a lil tease to get things started and than finish the way you wan to finish...by intercourse. :)

Trust your partner. I think the biggest thing is relaxing and just being comfortable with your man.
Know that he wants it as much as you do and concentrate on you (even if that means being a little selfish in your mind).
Don't try so hard, just allow yourself to be completely aroused and stop thinking so much!

Have you tried getting on top? Alot of girls have the same problem as you do.....Try on top and relax, don't try to hard, Thats the problem lots of girls have....Good Luck

maybe tell him to touch your clit during sex or maybe you are thinking to much try relaxing and dont force it

try different positions....side by side facing each other is great and you can touch yourself, if need be, that way.

you probably need clitoral stimulation instead of penetration... so just experiment with that...
