Women's Health - August 2006

I have endometriosis (really painful period cramps). Sometimes, I can't move for hours and sometimes, I can't sit down for hours (exercising, walking, etc anything to keep my tummy moving). Right now, I am having horrible, horrible cramps! I can feel them all the way around my middle. I feel like I am having back labor! I have taken midol, but it doesn't seem to be helping. I am wondering if I go to class tonight (first class) if I will be able to stay very long. Sometimes, I have to breath like I am in labor to help with the pain. Sometimes, I can't breathe at all because of the pain. I can't take anything stronger without having to lay down. What do ya'll think?

I recentlyhad my 2nd implanon implant removed after 9 months - i have been violently sick one day and then had really bad nausea and diorreah, bloatedness, headaches, stomach and back cramos quite simliar to period pains since then. Its been 2 1/2 weeks now has anyone else had this experience?

I can feel a tiny bump on my cervix that wasn't there before. What is it? I have been checking my cervix for mucus for about 4 months now b/c my hubby and i are TTC and the doctor suggested this as something to do so I can chart when I ovulate. There is a bump I can feel now that I never felt there before. What is it and should I be worried. Will it go away? I am suffering from stress (after an knee op and being made redundant from a job I loved) and my periods have become very irregular (once every 2/3 months) (for the last 8 months) I have become depressed (but dont want to take medication that will turn me into zombie)My doctor says this is normal..but I feel soo low...is this what I have to look forward to?

Yesterday we started school again and this one boy came up to me and snuggled his face by me chest! N then said , " Wow, your breasts are nice and warm." What the heck was that supposed to mean? I need someone to help me work out and loose weight. I have the eatting better part down. I have cut out soda and eat smaller portions, but when it comes to working out I don't have a clue and trainers can be so expensive. I need to loose about 80-90 pounds and I am only 27! Besides a minimizer bra, that is.
In the past year, I lost over 40 pounds, but am 2 cup sizes larger than I was before I gained the weight. This is problematic, as my chest is now 3 sizes bigger than my waist, making clothes fit awkwardly.
Is there any exercise or supplement or particular diet that reduces breast size safely?
