Besides a minimizer bra, that is.
In the past year, I lost over 40 pounds, but am 2 cup sizes larger than I was before I gained the weight. This is problematic, as my chest is now 3 sizes bigger than my waist, making clothes fit awkwardly.
Is there any exercise or supplement or particular diet that reduces breast size safely?

I DID lose weight and am actually at my ideal weight within a couple of pounds.

(yes, I hate when someone sends an answer without reading your questions)

I haven't heard of anything natural to decrease breast size, but wanted to give info on the surgery. I had a friend that was a DD and her back killed her all her life. She had the surgery done, and is thrilled. Because of the pain it caused her, she was able to have her insurance take care of the cost. She looks very slender now, and it very happy. Actually having breast reduction surgery is much safer than augmentation, since nothing artificial is being placed inside. There are very skilled surgeons that make the breast looks very, very good.

Best of luck! ;)

Look, both the posters above are being way too...I guess wrong is the word. Don't worry no matter what your bra size becomes. You shouldn't cry because you might be a D cup. Whatever you are, you are beautiful, and stop worrying about things you have little control over. and back problems won't happen if you make sure you have the right bra size on, and exercise. Hell, even girls with small breasts have back problems if they don't follow the above 2 steps. You have no reason to be so sad or scared if you are a D cup, an E cup, or a G cup like the poster above. Love who you are first, and deal with the problems that come 1 by 1, little by little. You can fix them without horrible, scarring surgery, that I believe is a horrible disfigurement of women.

No. Only surgery. A couple of friends of mine had a breast reduction. They are so happy. Of course it hurt the first month. But now they feel lighter, without the back pain, they look thinner, and for them it was totally worthwhile. Just check with your doctor first that you really need it. sometimes we are our own worst judges, and what is good, for us is not good enough.

I don't know- but I'd love to, great question! I have been thinking about breast reduction, never considered that there might be a way to do it naturally. Good luck!
