Because when a women is breastfeeding her child, she stops viewing her breasts as a sexual part of her body. They now serve a purpose, and that's to feed her child. Not, to make you happy.
I've never had a child yet, but I can only imagine how uncomfortable a women breasts must become while she she lactating. I don't even want mine touched while I'm on my period because they are swollen and sore. Breastfeeding must be a lot worse.

Because it's a bonding experience between mother and child; her breasts are probably sensitive and the last thing she needs is some horndog wanting to swat at them like a cat playing with a ball of yarn.

I doubt you are serious, but I'll assume this is a real question. First of all breastfeeding is a time, and emotionally, consuming task. It is a time of bonding between mother and child and you need to back off and leave her alone.
You aren't an animal-- show some kindness and compassion. I really really hope you aren't such a selfish p***k to have seriously asked this question.

Did it ever occur to you that she's busy? And that some things are a heckuvalot more important than you playing around? And how come she's just your GF. Why isn't she your wife? On second thought, she probably doesn't need to hook up with someone who sounds as immature as you do.

Put aside your selfish behavior and allow the woman to feed her child without your sexual interruption

When a woman is lactating, the sexual element is completely removed from the breasts and they become more of a functional body part.
