A good exercise for back pain is sit-ups.

Lots of things can cause back pain. It can be muscular and caused by heavy lifting, uncomfortable beds or chairs, tension. It could also be nerve pain or spinal/disk pain. It could be caused by an injury or a degenerative disorder. If you're having chronic back pain it's best to see a doctor because there's so many potential causes.

Back pain can be caused by a bunch of different things.
- an uncomfortable mattress
- not sitting up properly, especially when you're at the computer
- wearing high heels
- not picking up and/or carrying heavy object properly
- not wearing a backpack properly and/or overfilling it so that it's too heavy.
and the list goes on and on.
If you're having back pains, go see a chiropractor, they can work wonders on your back.

well if you have big breasts that can cause back pain,and of coarse lifting objects alot can cause back pain too.
