This happened to me too! I went to the doctors and they told me that this is what happens to your body when you aren't taking in enough calories, or if you are burning more calories than you are taking it. Take it easy for a few days and don't do any heavy excercising or spend a long amount of time walking. Add a few more high calorie, but HEALTHY foods to your diet. I suggest shakes, that's what my doctor suggested. Blend together some yogurt, milk, fruit etc. and drink it with breakfast. Or add peanut butter to your toast instead of jam!

A woman's temperature is normally low during the early part of her menstrual cycle and spikes up at ovulation. Chronic low temperatures can indicate low thyroid. If you are trying to conceive, and are having issues with this, I HIGHLY recommend the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It addresses it directly, and will help you decipher what your body is doing so that you can better work with health care workers.

Not horrifically odd, but, you probably have a touch of some bug, maybe even one of a gazillion variants of the cold. I'd try Tylenol for the next 24 hrs to see if things come back closer to normal, and if not, maybe set up an appointment with someone (usual rule of thumb is 72 hrs of "oddness", fever, pain, etc). Good luck! ~Rick

96.8 is just fine. If symptoms worsen or don't go away in a day or so then i would go to the doc. The body temp. normally fluctuates for various reasons( time of day, time of the month, etc)

Your body is probably fighting a virus. Drink lots of fluids. Go to your doctor for a check up and then home to sleep.
