Is 5'3 average for my age? And how do I stay 5'3? I don't want to grow any more... ^^;

Your height is based on genetics. Look at your parents; if they're short you'll likely be short and if they're tall, you'll likely be tall. The height you're at now (5'3") is about an inch shorter than the average American woman. It wouldn't be really meaningful to say what the average height for a 14 year old is because some 14 year olds are just starting puberty and have a lot of growing yet to do, whereas some are done growing. One rule of thumb is that girls grow for about a year after their first period (it was spot-on for me.) It's not set in stone, of course, but it might give you some idea of whether you're done or not. If you're destined to grow taller, there is nothing you can do about it.

U may have a growth spurt or u may not.
Anyway, u will probably stay that height or grow 2 more inches in height by time u are 18.
