have a misscarriage and not know it if so wat r r some symptoms plz help it wasnt a very hard fall plz help

I am a 49 year old woman with many health problems such as glucoma, type II diabetes,hypertension,Asthma,and a recently diagnosed heart murmur. I take medications to control my diabetes and hypertention and Asthma. I just feel so guilty, because I can't keep my house as clean as I use to, it takes me 2 hours to do my dishes anymore. I just recently purchased some Vitamin B-12 to see if that will help. I know that most or all of my meds have side effects and one of them is tiredness. I also know that I'm not Anemic my Hemoglobin is 12 g/dl.Anyone one have any suggestions.

I am 20 years old, I just had a cancerous tumor removed from my left ovary, as well as my ovary, this past January. As a result, I am left with a 7 inch scar across my lower abdomen, just before my bikini line. My stomach now has a little pouch on my lower abdomen because the muscles have been cut. I work out, exercise, diet, I ride my horse every day (which uses your core muscles) and do barn chores etc....I'm a very active person...and I work on my stomach EVERY night...but this pouch isn't going away. I am extremely self conscious now...and I've cried long enough about it. I have become withdrawn from social events. I am envious of other women with their flat stomachs--the way I used to be....I'm just so depressed and angry that I have to look this way. Please make no reference about "I'm lucky to be here and a scar is a small price to pay for cancer" I already know this, and appreciate life so much, but now I'm left with a body I hardly recognize. Is a Tummy Tuck for me?

I am a virgin b choice because i want to know its right i take this beig step, but, i've been talking to this guy for a while and he asked me about sex and when i told him about me being a virgin he started rattling off about how he was 22, i'm 17 but i'll be 18 in a few months, and he expected sex to be part of his life. This has happened several times before and it's not like i blurt out "I'm a virgin" the first time we speak but if they ask i will be honest about it. Why do they freak out so much? Its not like i'm asking them to take it right then. I really liked this guy but he hasn't really spoken to me since the conversation. I don't think i did wrong by telling him and explaining to him that even though i could've had sex i chose not to because so many girls lose their virginity and it means nothing. I want my first time to mean something. If anyone has any helpful advice that would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to have to be ashamed of being a virgin or lie to get a date

My nipples never get hard unless it is cold or when I use to smoke weed. During sex I can be so turned on but my nipples never get hard. They don't even get hard when I orgasm. I get embarrassed. Does anyone know why and what can cause this.

Well I was wondering if a girl's "thing" can smell bad at times. is it normal? I mean I take a shower everyday, but it can stink if I don't take a shower the next day, but mostly I only take a shower at night and it can stink too if I wait for a few hours.

For the past few days I've been experiencing small amount of blood coming out from my viagina. The blood is so insignificant that it is definitely not my period. At the same time, it feels really itchy and uncomfortable inside. Can someone tell me what's wrong with me pls? There is no discharge except for that few drops of blood. I am married and sexually active.

When I was a teenager, my periods were not very regular (one every 4-6 weeks), but I understand that's not unusual. A bit over a year ago I started taking Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo, which made my periods extremely regular; 28 days exactly, and they usually even started at the same time of day. I was on this medication for about 5 months. Then I got a different job, which didn't have health insurance, so I quit taking the pills. Ever since, my periods have been getting further and further apart! The first couple months they were 6 weeks apart, but now it's up to 8 or 10 weeks between periods! I don't really mind not having a period as often, since they're just a pain, but I worry that when I eventually want to have kids I won't be able to.

Has anyone else had similar effects after discontinuing this medication? I also should mention that my parents tried to have kids for 10 years before they were successful (with the help of medication), so infertility might run in my genes.
