So I'm getting ready to have a full {radical} hysterectomy. I'm only 33 and the thought of menopause scares the hell outta me. I'm not sure of recovery time, and I have a 3 month old baby. What about sex drive afterwards? What are the hormones like? Any personal experiances, advice, or help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

im having irregular bleeding at first it was spotting a few days before my period then i had headaches and naseau then the next week i had my period. it went like normal the five days then stopped for two. Next day i went to use the restroom number 1 and wiped and i saw light pink blood. this has been going on for two weeks. everymorning i see it and i have to wear pads and i see light brown spotting somebody help also one thing that has happened i was in military for five months didnt have my period for four months then could this have something to do with it?

Ok, so Im suppossed to go to the Dr tomorrow & get a PAP Smear(WOOHOO< LOL) but I started my period this morning & I was wondering if I should still go (seems kinds gross & not really fair to the Doc) or should I wait till the tide has gone out & go then? I guess Im just wondering if asides from beign messy will if effect my results or cause any complications if I just go ahead & go tomorrow.

I really appreciate people with the experience to share their story. I feel really bad, my body is just so heavy and tired, i have this terrible headache, i want to yell at my husband for some of the things he says or do, I am depressed. all these symptoms are gone once i have my period. it bothers me so much, i have talked to my doctor, and she thinks I have PMDD- a serious PMS, and gave me anti-depressant, but i am concerned about the meds, i am still searching for alternative methods, please help.

I'm aware of how FEVER can cause dehydration but not the other way around. The only reason I ask is because my nursing professors cannot answer this question even though we've talked about it in obstetrics theory.
